As the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude. There has been a rise in research to support the positive effects of practicing gratitude. It seems that every second article I read refers to it in some way or another. That’s why I was surprised when speaking with some friends about a plan for my upcoming gratitude journey that they weren’t as familiar about the research surrounding gratitude and its effects on well-being.
